First Visit With Our Edmonton Dentists

Welcome to Your New Dental Home!

We want to make sure your first appointment with us is enjoyable. Whether you are looking to change offices, have moved from near or far, or are nervous and have put off your dental appointment for far too long, we want to ensure your comfort and satisfaction when you visit us at our southside Edmonton office.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out important paperwork to help us help you better. Alternatively, you can fill out the fillable PDF form here:

You can either print it and bring it with you to your appointment, or email it to us at reception@skydentalclinic.ca

At your first visit, you will be welcomed by one of our reception team members where they will arrange your paperwork, collect any insurance information, and coordinate your appointments.
You can also provide our staff with your insurance information prior to your appointment, we will take care of sending the necessary information and requests to your insurance company to see if you’re covered for your checkup and cleaning so that there are no surprise costs at the door.

In the clinic, your dentist will meet with you to go over your x-rays, conduct your dental examination, address any concerns you may be having, and together with you: come up with a plan for your best outcome.

The next steps involve rescheduling you back once we know what treatments are needed and how much time is required per appointment so that we are not rushed and can make sure we have enough time to provide quality work. If you have a concern you would like addressed at your first visit, please let our reception staff know ahead of time so we can reserve extra time for you!
